Schmidt - Patton Tract of Cumru Township,
Berks, Pennsylvania

This project consisted of preparing Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans and Post-Construction Stormwater Management Plans, including a General NPDES Permit for this 11,400 sq. ft. home situated on nine-and-a-half acres. We incorporated three infiltration trenches and one rain garden to meet DEP requirements for ground water recharge.

Sechrist Tract of East Cocalico Township,
Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Our team prepared the Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans for this private, single family lot. The project included rain gardens or bio-retention areas for infiltration in the landscape design.

Reamstown Church Of God of East Cocalico Township, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

PIONEER MANAGMENT, LLC, worked with a surveyor to prepare as-built plans for this project, which included a new church and associated parking lots. We prepared the plans and calculations as necessary to verify the performance of the three detention basins, then provided guidance to the Church on what adjustments to make in order to ensure project compliance with already approved plans.

PIONEER MANAGMENT, LLC, was a sub-consultant to YSM Landscape Architects for the pool renovations proposed at this park. Our team provided this company with the necessary NPDES permitting services and Erosion and Sedimentation Control design.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania

We prepared Stormwater Management Plans for the construction of a detached garage within this subdivision. Stormwater management was handled by the construction of an underground detention/infiltration facility.
